All participants must be of legal age (over 18).

You need a physical condition that you can take short walks and carry your own gear.

During our photo tours there will be no long walks unless specifically mentioned.

We organize our photo tours with a small number of people so that we can provide the most personal assistance possible to everyone, taking into account their ability and purpose.

Our groups are usually 8 people; two of them professional photographers and tour guides.

The group is usually led by 2 people, so both leaders can deal with 3 people.

Yes. Leaders are with the participants 24 hours a day. They share with you their knowledge and vision, trying to help you as much as possible based on your abilities and experience.

Our photo tours are also available to foreign participants. Communication is in Hungarian and English.

Couples, friends, anyone can join our tours, but we emphasize: these are photo tours where photography is the main goal and we prioritize the time of photography.

However, it is possible (with a sufficient number of participants) to organize a different program for non-photographers as well.

It always depends on the location. Our goal is to provide quality accommodation for all participants.

We usually provide rooms for 2 persons (2 x 1 bed) with a bathroom.

However, this is not always possible. You may need to share the bathroom with someone else.

We always inform our participants about this.

If you come alone, you’ll get a shared room with another participant.

On some tours we can also provide a single room for an additional fee, but this is not always possible.

If you have the option to have your own bathroom, we always choose this.

However, on some tours, such as chalets in the Lofoten Islands or remote Iceland, you can share the bathroom with your travel companions.

This information is always provided in advance on the specific page of the photo tour.

Depending on the photo tour and the number of participants, transportation may vary from cars to larger vehicles (minibuses).
Our goal is to travel safely and as comfortably as possible during the tour.

Yes, it is possible to charge electrical devices in the car.

However, we recommend that everyone have a POWERBANK, USB cable, spare battery.

Self-catering and restaurant meals are also available during the tours.

We always consider vegetarian options.

Participants are asked to inform us before starting the photographer’s tour if they require a vegetarian / vegan or other type of diet.

Of course, if you have to follow a gluten-free diet, or if you have some kind of special food allergy or illness, let us know before travelling so we can adapt.

Please remember, it may be harder to find vegan or gluten-free options in remote locations, so in these cases we recommend that you bring some dry or canned food with you.

A financial transaction can be made by bank transfer.

An advance payment is required for booking at the time of registration. The amount of the advance payment may vary by tour. The full price of the trip must be paid 90 days prior to departure. If you cancel your booking at least 60 days prior to departure, the full price minus the advance payment will be refunded.
